Here's a good article for everyone to read. After you read it just remember to chill out and think positive the next time you play. Your body responds to what you are thinking which is that little voice in your head that's talking to you when you are getting ready to hit. Left to it's on devices, it will always be negative and the brain doesn't respond well to negatives. Concentrate on where you want the ball to go. Not on where you don't want it to go.
